Next Gen Alloys is a collaborative joint venture between Allegheny Technologies (ATI) and GE Aviation to develop and commercialize a meltless alloyed Titanium powder manufacturing process to meaningfully reinvent the titanium powder industry. Established in 2017, we are in the early phases of designing and constructing an R&D pilot production facility in Richburg, SC. The facility will produce alloyed powders for use in additive manufacturing applications, including 3D printing.
