Please follow the steps below to complete the onboarding process.

  1. Open and complete the ATI Customer Onboarding form. The forms posted are editable in nature.Click Here
  2. Once all forms are complete, attach the completed ATI Customer Onboarding form, Internal Revenue Service Form W9 or W8, and submit them via email to your ATI sales contact.
